AI Output Ownership:
Ownership of AI-generated outputs is shared (“mixed ownership”) between the user and Swervo Solution, subject to these Terms.

Upon termination:
Service access is suspended immediately
Data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland
Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation
If mediation fails, disputes may proceed through competent courts in Poland
